Is the SealMiner A3 Hydro profitable?

The Bitdeer SealMiner A3 Hydro mines Bitcoin on the SHA-256 algorithm at 500 TH/s, drawing 6,750 W (13.5 J/TH). At $0.08 per kWh it earns about $18.78 a day, spends $12.96 of that on power, and keeps $5.82. That’s around $175 a month. It stops making money above roughly $0.116 per kWh.

That puts it #38 of 522 on daily profit across every miner we track, and #27 of 262 SHA-256 miners on efficiency. At the current best price of $7,261 it would pay for itself in about 3.5 years if today’s numbers held. They won’t, so treat that as a rough guide. It’s a hydro (water-cooled) unit, released in September 2025.
