Terms of Service
Last updated 24 September 2026
The deal between you and ASICMining.io, in plain English: how buying miners works, what hosting includes, what we promise and what happens if something goes wrong.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use ASICMining.io, create an account, buy miners from us or have us host them. By doing any of those, you agree to them. Please read them properly, especially sections 4 (estimates and risk), 14 (our liability) and 18 (law and disputes).
How we handle personal data is covered separately in our Privacy notice, and cookies in our Cookie policy.
If you are a consumer, you have rights under the law where you live that no contract can take away. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
2. Who can use ASICMining.io
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.
- If you use the service for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" includes that company.
- You must not be on a sanctions list, owned or controlled by someone who is, or located in a country or region under comprehensive sanctions. We may ask you for information to check this, and we can refuse or end service where the law requires it.
3. Your account
- Keep your sign-in details and API keys to yourself. Anything done through your account or keys is treated as done by you.
- If you invite teammates to a workspace, you are responsible for what they do with the access you give them.
- Tell us straight away at support@asicmining.io if you think someone else has got into your account.
- Keep your email address up to date. Order updates, security alerts and notices about these terms go there.
4. Estimates and risk
Profit, revenue and payback figures on the site, including the rankings and every miner page, are estimates. They use current network difficulty, current coin prices and the electricity price shown next to them, and they change constantly. They are not a promise of what a machine will earn.
Mining returns can fall sharply, or stop, because of things nobody controls: coin prices, network difficulty, block reward halvings, changes to a network's rules, and new regulation. Mining hardware loses value over time and can become unprofitable to run. Nothing on ASICMining.io is investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Only buy hardware you can afford to see lose value.
You are responsible for any tax on the hardware you buy and the coins you receive.
5. Buying miners
- Prices. The price of each machine is shown at checkout and fixed when you place the order. Unless your order says otherwise, it includes delivery to our facility, import duties and installation.
- Your order. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract starts when we confirm your payment. If a price or listing is obviously wrong, we will tell you before taking payment, or refund you in full if payment has already arrived.
- Batches. We order from manufacturers and suppliers in weekly batches, closing each Sunday at 23:59 UTC. Orders paid after a cutoff go into the next batch at no extra cost.
- Delivery dates. Shipping and go-live dates, including pre-order months, are our best estimates, and manufacturers and freight do slip. If we cannot supply a machine you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
- Specs. Hashrate and power figures are the manufacturer's ratings. Real machines usually vary a little from them.
6. Paying in crypto
- We accept USDT and USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20) only, sent to the address shown for your order in your dashboard. Only trust payment details shown there. We will never send you a different address by email or chat.
- Send the exact amount shown. Our system matches payments by amount, so a different amount may not be matched automatically.
- You can make a small test payment first to hold your place in a batch. It is credited against your order.
- A payment counts once it has enough confirmations on the Ethereum network, usually a few minutes.
- You pay any network (gas) fees. Please don't pay from an exchange account that batches withdrawals, as we may not be able to tell your payment apart.
- Wrong amount. If you pay too little, we will ask you to top up or refund what you sent. If you pay too much, we will refund the difference or, if you prefer, credit it to your account.
- Wrong network or token. Tokens sent on another network, or tokens we don't accept, may be impossible to recover. We will try if we can, but we can't promise to, and any recovery costs are yours.
7. Cancellations and refunds
- You can cancel an order and get a full refund at any time until the machine has shipped from the supplier. Unpaid orders can be cancelled from your dashboard. For paid orders, email support@asicmining.io.
- Refunds go back in the same stablecoin to the wallet you paid from, normally within 1 to 3 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.
- After shipping, sales are final, except for machines that arrive faulty (section 8) and any rights you have by law as a consumer.
8. Ownership and warranty
- Ownership. The machine becomes yours once it is paid for in full. While we host it, we hold it for you. It isn't ours, and we won't use it as security for our own debts.
- Care. We look after hosted machines with reasonable care and skill. Extra insurance against theft, fire and flood is available as an add-on when you order.
- New machines come with the manufacturer's warranty, usually 12 months, as shown on the listing.
- Used machines come with our own store warranty for the number of days shown on the listing.
- Faulty on arrival. We test every machine when it reaches the facility. If it is dead on arrival or fails under warranty, we handle the claim with the manufacturer or supplier for you and, where we have one, swap in a spare while it is repaired.
- Out of warranty. If a repair isn't covered, we quote the cost first and only go ahead with your approval.
9. Hosting
- What we do. We receive your machine, rack it, tune its firmware, connect it to the mining pool, monitor it around the clock and repair it.
- What it costs. Hosting is $0.08 per kWh, all-in: power, cooling, monitoring, repairs labour and pool fees passed through at cost. There is no setup fee and no percentage fee. Your rate is locked when the machine goes online.
- How it's paid. Hosting costs are settled automatically as your machine mines, out of what it produces, so there is no monthly bill to pay and nothing to convert. Every deduction is shown in your dashboard.
- Never negative. If a machine would earn less than its hosting cost, for example after a sharp fall in coin price, we may pause it until it is profitable again. No hosting costs build up while it is paused, and you will never owe us a hosting balance.
- Settings. We choose the firmware, pool and settings to keep machines safe and efficient. Please don't change them without asking us first.
- Facility. Machines are hosted in the facility shown on your order. We may move them to another facility of the same standard. If we do, we'll tell you in advance and cover the cost.
10. Uptime and compensation
We aim for each hosted machine to be mining at least 95% of each calendar month for air-cooled machines and 97% for hydro-cooled machines.
If a machine falls short, we credit you mining compensation: the coins it would have been expected to mine for the missing time, worked out from its average hashrate that month and network conditions at the time. It's added automatically. You don't need to file a claim.
These times don't count as downtime:
- pauses because the machine would be unprofitable (section 9), or pauses you ask for;
- planned maintenance we tell you about at least 24 hours in advance;
- power cuts or curtailment ordered by the grid operator or a government authority;
- problems caused by changes you make, or by events outside our control (section 16).
Mining compensation is the only remedy for downtime, unless the law gives you more.
11. Payouts and wallets
- Mining rewards are paid by the pool directly to the payout wallet you set for each coin, once that coin's payout threshold is reached. Machines on merge-mined algorithms, such as Scrypt, earn more than one coin (for example LTC and DOGE).
- You are responsible for giving a correct address you control. Payments on a blockchain can't be reversed, so coins sent to a wrong address you gave us are lost.
- For your security, a new payout address goes live after a 24-hour hold, and we email you when it's requested.
- We never hold your coins for you.
12. Ending hosting
- There's no minimum term. You can stop hosting any machine with 30 days' notice to support@asicmining.io.
- We'll take the machine offline, pack it and ship it wherever you ask, at your cost for shipping, insurance and any duties. If you'd rather sell it, we can introduce you to buyers.
- We can end hosting with 30 days' notice too, or sooner under section 15. If we end it for our own reasons, we'll cover the cost of shipping your machine to you.
- If hosting has ended and you haven't told us where to send a machine within 30 days, we'll write to you. If we still haven't heard from you 90 days after that, we may sell the machine and send you the proceeds, less our reasonable storage and sale costs.
13. Using the service fairly
Please don't misuse ASICMining.io. In particular, don't:
- break the law, or use the service to launder money or dodge sanctions;
- try to get into accounts, systems or data that aren't yours, or disrupt the service;
- scrape the site in bulk, or reverse engineer it, beyond what our public API allows;
- give us false information.
14. Our liability
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let us limit.
- We aren't liable for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, or for lost profits or lost mining rewards, except as mining compensation under section 10.
- Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the machine concerned. For hosting, it's limited to the hosting costs for that machine in the 12 months before the claim.
- The website and its data are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we can't promise they always will be.
15. Suspension
We may suspend your account or pause hosting if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect you, other customers or the service. We'll tell you why unless the law stops us, and we'll restore things as soon as the issue is fixed. Serious or repeated breaches may lead us to close your account under section 12.
16. Events outside our control
We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by things we can't reasonably control, such as natural disasters, grid failures, war, government action, pandemics, or problems at manufacturers, carriers or blockchain networks. We'll tell you, keep the effects as small as we can, and not charge hosting for machines that can't run. If an event stops a machine running for more than 90 days, either of us can end hosting for it without cost, and we'll ship it to you or help you sell it.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change affects you materially, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies. If you don't agree, you can stop using the service and end hosting under section 12 without any cost. Orders are always governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
18. Law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support@asicmining.io. Most things can be sorted out quickly, and we'll try in good faith for 30 days.
- If we can't resolve it, the dispute will be settled by arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), by one arbitrator, seated in Dubai and conducted in English.
- If you are a consumer, you can still bring a claim in the courts where you live, and use any consumer protection body there, where your local law gives you that right.
