Is the ALEO AE3 profitable?

The IceRiver ALEO AE3 mines Aleo on the Aleo algorithm at 2 GH/s, drawing 3,400 W (1.7 J/MH). At $0.08 per kWh it earns about $0.20 a day but spends $6.53 on power, so it loses $6.32 a day. It only makes money if your power costs less than about $0.002 per kWh.

That puts it #516 of 522 on daily profit across every miner we track, and #3 of 11 Aleo miners on efficiency. It isn’t in stock with us at the moment. It’s an air-cooled unit, released in November 2025.
