Is the Ebit E10D profitable?

The Ebang Ebit E10D mines Bitcoin on the SHA-256 algorithm at 25 TH/s, drawing 3,500 W (140 J/TH). At $0.08 per kWh it earns about $0.94 a day but spends $6.72 on power, so it loses $5.78 a day. It only makes money if your power costs less than about $0.011 per kWh.
