Is the KA-BOX profitable?

The Goldshell KA-BOX mines Kaspa on the kHeavyHash algorithm at 1.18 TH/s, drawing 400 W (339 J/TH). At $0.08 per kWh it earns about $0.27 a day but spends $0.77 on power, so it loses $0.50 a day. It only makes money if your power costs less than about $0.028 per kWh.

That puts it #260 of 522 on daily profit across every miner we track, and #14 of 23 kHeavyHash miners on efficiency. It isn’t in stock with us at the moment. It’s an air-cooled unit, released in March 2024.
