Is the KA-BOX Pro profitable?

The Goldshell KA-BOX Pro mines Kaspa on the kHeavyHash algorithm at 1.6 TH/s, drawing 600 W (375 J/TH). At $0.08 per kWh it earns about $0.36 a day but spends $1.15 on power, so it loses $0.79 a day. It only makes money if your power costs less than about $0.025 per kWh.

That puts it #280 of 522 on daily profit across every miner we track, and #17 of 23 kHeavyHash miners on efficiency. It isn’t in stock with us at the moment. It’s an air-cooled unit, released in May 2024.
