Is the KS3 profitable?

The IceRiver KS3 mines Kaspa on the kHeavyHash algorithm at 8 TH/s, drawing 3,200 W (400 J/TH). At $0.08 per kWh it earns about $1.81 a day but spends $6.14 on power, so it loses $4.34 a day. It only makes money if your power costs less than about $0.024 per kWh.

That puts it #487 of 522 on daily profit across every miner we track, and #18 of 23 kHeavyHash miners on efficiency. It isn’t in stock with us at the moment. It’s an air-cooled unit, released in September 2023.
