Is the X16-QE profitable?

The Jasminer X16-QE mines Ethereum Classic on the Etchash algorithm at 1.75 GH/s, drawing 550 W (314 J/GH). At $0.08 per kWh it earns about $1.24 a day, spends $1.06 of that on power, and keeps $0.18. That’s around $6 a month. It stops making money above roughly $0.094 per kWh.

That puts it #154 of 522 on daily profit across every miner we track, and #10 of 39 Etchash miners on efficiency. It isn’t in stock with us at the moment. It’s an air-cooled unit, released in August 2024.
