The MicroBT WhatsMiner M70S+ mines Bitcoin on the SHA-256 algorithm at 244 TH/s, drawing 3,140 W (12.9 J/TH). At $0.08 per kWh it earns about $9.16 a day, spends $6.03 of that on power, and keeps $3.13. That’s around $94 a month. It stops making money above roughly $0.122 per kWh.
