Is the AL-BOX II Pro profitable?

The Goldshell AL-BOX II Pro mines Alephium on the Blake3 algorithm at 950 GH/s, drawing 460 W (484 J/TH). At $0.08 per kWh it earns about $0.27 a day but spends $0.88 on power, so it loses $0.61 a day. It only makes money if your power costs less than about $0.025 per kWh.

That puts it #270 of 522 on daily profit across every miner we track, and #10 of 14 Blake3 miners on efficiency. It isn’t in stock with us at the moment. It’s an air-cooled unit, released in September 2024.
