The MicroBT Whatsminer M21 mines Bitcoin on the SHA-256 algorithm at 31 TH/s, drawing 1,860 W (60.0 J/TH). At $0.08 per kWh it earns about $1.16 a day but spends $3.57 on power, so it loses $2.41 a day. It only makes money if your power costs less than about $0.026 per kWh.
