Is the Whatsminer M50S profitable?

The MicroBT Whatsminer M50S mines Bitcoin on the SHA-256 algorithm at 128 TH/s, drawing 3,276 W (25.6 J/TH). At $0.08 per kWh it earns about $4.81 a day but spends $6.29 on power, so it loses $1.48 a day. It only makes money if your power costs less than about $0.061 per kWh.
