Is the KD6 profitable?

The Goldshell KD6 mines Kadena on the Blake2s algorithm at 29.2 TH/s, drawing 2,630 W (90.1 J/TH). At $0.08 per kWh it earns about $0.05 a day but spends $5.05 on power, so it loses $5.00 a day. It only makes money if your power costs less than about $0.001 per kWh.

That puts it #504 of 522 on daily profit across every miner we track, and #8 of 16 Blake2s miners on efficiency. It isn’t in stock with us at the moment. It’s an air-cooled unit, released in April 2022.
