Is the D1 Pro profitable?

The VolcMiner D1 Pro mines Litecoin and Dogecoin on the Scrypt algorithm at 20 GH/s, drawing 3,700 W (185 J/GH). At $0.08 per kWh it earns about $12.04 a day, spends $7.10 of that on power, and keeps $4.93. That’s around $148 a month. It stops making money above roughly $0.136 per kWh.

That puts it #50 of 522 on daily profit across every miner we track, and #9 of 60 Scrypt miners on efficiency. It isn’t in stock with us at the moment. It’s an air-cooled unit, released in August 2025.
