Is the D1 Hydro profitable?

The VolcMiner D1 Hydro (33Gh) mines Litecoin and Dogecoin on the Scrypt algorithm at 33 GH/s, drawing 9,300 W (282 J/GH). At $0.08 per kWh it earns about $19.86 a day, spends $17.86 of that on power, and keeps $2.00. That’s around $60 a month. It stops making money above roughly $0.089 per kWh.

That puts it #97 of 522 on daily profit across every miner we track, and #27 of 60 Scrypt miners on efficiency. It isn’t in stock with us at the moment. It’s a hydro (water-cooled) unit, released in June 2025.
